This is a SPAM bot that tries to get people to email someone who doesn't exist. Maybe they want their contact information? I'm not sure though - the emails at hello@thisisfish.com don't seem to be associated with an actual person or organization on the web and return errors when contacted by both Outlook and Gmail clients from my computer (though Gmail worked from my phone).
